The company was established in 1981 by Mr. S. Kathiresan, the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management & Materials Management.

The Company started with sheet metal jobs like control panels and over the years developed many specialized products of medium and heavy fabrication in nature including Aluminum and Stainless Steel Fabrication

The company has earned a name as the most reliable and quality conscious small scale industry in the field of Light , Medium and Heavy Fabrication. In essence it has become a “PARTNER IN PROGRESS.”
